Outbound API (Zapier)

Outbound API (Zapier)

You can use our Zapier integration to send data from Booster into external systems whenever certain events happen inside Booster.

Currently, there is only one outbound message format available, the Booster Open API JSON schema as described for the Inbound Message for Repair Record data and Booking data. In future releases, we will add a flattened format that will be better suited for no-code integrations.

To activate this inside Booster, visit the Admin section, then Integrations → Zapier:

Toggle on the switch, and enter your name to sign.

At this stage the integration is active, but you are not sharing any data. BodyShop Booster secures your customer data within the platform - if you want to send customer data out of your secure environment inside Booster, you will need to opt out of that protection first.

To enable sharing of data, you then need to visit the Data Controls page
