Background

BodyShop Booster is a CRM for repairers, with multiple tools allowing users to communicate better, attract more business, and cut down on admin costs.

A customer record is unique by mobile phone number, unless they do not have a mobile number in which case it is unique by email address. A customer record can have any number of repair records nested.

A repair record is unique only by Repair Record UUID (RRUUID) - it is possible to have multiple identical repairs in the system. We do not differentiate between Assignments, Estimates and Repair Orders, the RRUUID and record itself is persistent throughout those stages. A repair record can have any number of bookings nested.

A booking is associated with a single calendar and single repair record. It is possible to have multiple bookings against a repair record, on one or more calendars.
